Delivery and Charges Thorough Healthcare Solutions Ltd reserves the right to change delivery thresholds and charges at any time without prior notice. Delivery threshold is for total order values excluding VAT and are dependent on order quantities.

Online Product Images and Descriptions Images on our website are for illustration purposes only. Hence, images may differ slightly from the products supplied. In such an event, the product supplied by Thorough Healthcare Solutions Ltd will still be fit for the purpose of its intended use.

Overseas Orders Thorough Healthcare Solutions Ltd reserves the right to treat orders from Customers outside of the UK on an individual basis.

Shipping & Handling

Due to Coronavirus, we have had to remove our Next Day Delivery options as well as First Class Postal services. Due to the unprecedented demand and uncertainty from our delivery partners, we can only offer a ‘standard service or second class’.

All our orders are processed for despatch within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to charge for re-shipping of orders due to customer error when entering delivery details. If we receive notification of an error within delivery address with sufficient time before that order is despatched, we will make every effort to amend the delivery address details and customers will be liable for any excess charges due to such errors.

Out of Stock Products

If your item is out of stock for any reason, we will contact you to advise you accordingly.

Your security against fraud and identity theft is of paramount importance to us. All online transactions paid for by credit or debit card are processed via Paypal. 30 Day Guarantee Returns Policy

We operate a 30 day guarantee returns policy- Hence, if for any reason you are not happy with your order or have a change of mind after your purchase, First email us at sales@thoroughhealthcare.co.uk within 30 days upon receipt of order.

Based on your preferences, we will provide you with one of the following remedies (a) full refund (b) an option to credit your account (c) send you a replacement product.

*Custom made products, direct ship items, pharmaceuticals, vitamins and supplements can only be returned if a fault has been discovered within 30 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

Limit of Liability

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption; neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.

30 Day Guarantee Returns Process

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase to us under our 30 day guarantee policy, this must be done within 30 days of receipt of goods*. Products should in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. Please follow the following procedure:

  1. Email Customer Service at sales@thoroughhealthcare.co.uk, will provide you with a returns number
  2. We will advise you accordingly on how to return the goods to us
  3. Please ensure that you provide the correct details of the person who should be credited
  4. When returning goods please ensure that you include the returns form that Customer Service provide you with and your returns number quoted when you arranged your return
