Office Administrator-Hull Branch

We are recruiting for an administrator to join our office on a temporary basis with the potential to develop into a permanent role after 3 months.

The successful candidate will provide administration support including data input, assisting with inductions and staff training and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Company.

Good organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload along with a high level of communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.

We are seeking an individual with a desire to join a growing business.

The role will suit a person who has a good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & Outlook) and can demonstrate good understanding of book keeping .

Additionally, we seek a candidate with a bubbly personality, who is comfortable in performing receptionist duties (ie meeting job seekers, taking queries over the phone and in person).

Working on call (out of hours)

A business administration qualification is desirable but not essential (if candidates can demonstrate sufficient knowledge or understanding).

The role is provisionally for 3 months on a part-time basis with potential for extension into a full time or a long term role depending on the performance of the successful candidate.

Candidates must be flexible to work out of hours for emergency response or for on call basis.

Rate of pay is competitive.
